Job summary
The Regional Director is responsible for the overall leadership, growth and performance of ABS's Ottawa office.This role combines business development, operational oversight team leadership and client relationship management with a strong hands-on presence in the local market.
Responsabilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the Ottawa office ensuring alignment with ABS corporate strategy values and performance expectations
- Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing resource planning utilization and financial performance
- Foster a strong collaborative accountable office culture in a growing team environment
