We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and building systems
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Fabricate or modify parts as needed using various tools and equipment
Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for larger repair projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Experience:

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Experience with welding and fabrication techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external contractors
