Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Oversee inventory control procedures, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of products. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the sale of alcoholic beverages. Train staff on age verification and adherence to legal requirements.

Oversee the overall functioning of the store, including opening and closing procedures Identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing training to enhance employee skills.

Ensure that all staff members adhere to store policies and procedures. Ensure that staff members are well-informed about product knowledge and store policies.
