Job summary
The general labourer will ensure the proper functioning of the production line equipment and support the team in compliance with operating procedures.Responsibilities
- Handle finished or raw products and other components using a forklift in accordance with work procedures;
- Qualified on crane and/or forklift usage
- Support counting and tracking of bundles, finished products and raw materials
- Runs equipment independently with regular coaching or training required
- Can cover specified areas as required as break coverage, or operate stacker when needed
- Operates key equipment on part time basis, and/or is the primary operator on 1 or less of the key equipment on their shift
