We are looking for someone who:

  • Likes to analyze business needs in order to solve sometimes very complex issues.

Responsibilities:


  • Carry out functional analysis work reflecting the analysis of business needs and produce the relevant deliverables
  • Document functional specifications: data mapping, sequence diagrams, transformation and normalization
  • Set up tests: define scenarios to test the solution, set up test cases
  • Collaborate and support the development team for the implementation of production changes including postimplementation monitoring
  • Facilitate workshops for the presentation of analysis work for the various stakeholders for the development of the solution
  • Write or update functional files following requests for change or improvement of systems
  • Collaborate and/or support the analysis of problem incidents
  • Advise and guide the development team and the product owner by recommending different functional alternatives aligned with the architecture.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role


SKILLS:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT functional analyst role
  • Experience in development and programming of technological solutions
  • Autonomy, attention to detail, organization, priority management
  • Ability to adapt and good problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in order to be able to collaborate with all stakeholders (developers, architects, coordinators)
  • Good knowledge of: POSTMAN, SWAGGER, GIT, YAML, JSON, SQL
  • Mastery of DevOps, Agile, Scrum methodologies
