Customer Service Representative - Burnaby, Canada - Canada Mailers and Infinisia

Description

We are looking for a part time customer service representative for our e-commerce business.

• You should be able to work at least 24 hours a week or 3 days a week.
• We do not require evening availability and shifts end at 5:30 pm.
• Hybrid work environment. We offer a mix of inoffice and remote work to offer flexibility and support to employees. Usually a balance of 50 % in office and 50% from home.

The ideal person for this position will be friendly, good with computers (Microsoft excel, word etc), and has some customer service experience.

We are located about a 5 minute walk from Production Way Skytrain.

$19 an hour to start. We offer extended benefits to full time (32 hours or more weekly) employees after 3 months of employment.
