Job Overview:

Oversee and manage assembly area operations, including inventory control, order processing, and shipping/receiving.
Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, including material handlers and forklift operators.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse processes.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all products are properly labeled, stored, and rotated as needed.
Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Oversee all maintenance and repair work within the warehouse, including equipment and facilities.
Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
Create and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within budget constraints.
Work with outside contractors as needed to complete maintenance and repair work.
Develop and implement training programs for all warehouse staff to ensure they are fully equipped to handle all equipment and machinery.
Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly calibrated and maintained in accordance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, with experience in automotive parts distribution and equipment preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order processing, and shipping/receiving.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
Experience with maintenance principles and techniques, with experience managing maintenance personnel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines, and experience implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
