Job Summary
Preschool Teacher / Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

We are seeking a caring, energetic Preschool Teacher / Early Childhood Educator (ECE) who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys creating engaging learning experiences for children ages 3–5.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Observe and document children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality early learning programs
- Follow licensing regulations and centre policies
Qualifications
- Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification or equivalent (Level 1, 2, or 3 preferred)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development and play-based learning approaches
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for working with children and supporting families
