Preschool Teacher / Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

Make a meaningful impact every day while shaping young minds in a supportive, positive learning environment. We are seeking a caring, energetic Preschool Teacher / Early Childhood Educator (ECE) who is passionate about early childhood development and enjoys creating engaging learning experiences for children ages 3–5.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Observe and document children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality early learning programs
• Follow licensing regulations and centre policies

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification or equivalent (Level 1, 2, or 3 preferred)
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or childcare setting
• Knowledge of child development and play-based learning approaches
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for working with children and supporting families
