    Job Overview


    This full‑time, in‑person role is based in the Quebec City office and offers the opportunity to support engineering and scientific teams on complex technical projects. The coordinator will gain exposure to mining‑related projects and develop skills for a successful career.

    Responsibilities

    • Production of technical reports, memos, and letters, including proofreading, copy editing and final formatting
    • Document control and quality management
    • Budget tracking and invoicing
    • Project and group scheduling
    • Experience using AI to develop tools that streamline processes
    • Support of non‑project activities, such as coordinating department functions and meetings

    Essential Requirements

    • Fully bilingual in French and English, with a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, punctuation, and spelling
    • Ability to manage competing deadlines
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
    • Ability to prioritize work and manage time
    • Working knowledge of SharePoint

    Professional Skills and Qualifications (French)

    • Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais, avec une solide compréhension de la grammaire, de la syntaxe, de la ponctuation et de l'orthographe.
    • Capacité à gérer des échéances concurrentes.
    • Compétences intermédiaires à avancées en Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
    • Capacité à prioriser le travail et à gérer le temps.
    • Connaissance pratique de SharePoint.
