    Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

    Position Overview

    Under the general of the SUPERVISOR, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of the St. Boniface Hospital (SBH), the MESSENGER is responsible for : the physical movement (pick-up, loading and/or delivery) or mail, parcels, reports, charts, lab specimens, X-Ray films, pharmaceuticals, medical and other supplies, and other objects to and from all areas of the hospital complex and affiliated buildings; understands and follows Workplace Hazardous Material Information Systems (WHMIS) guidelines; and performing other related duties as assigned.
