Job description
- TEKsystems client, a major Big 5 Bank here in Canada, is currently looking to hire for a Client Reporting Analyst to join their team in downtown Toronto This position is best suited for new university graduates who have some experience working within data analysis and has their IFIC, CPH, OR CSC certification.**
Job Description
- Book value specialist – partners from the field that engage us – client book values are incorrect
- The officer would go in to validate what the correct book value would be – and then will adjust the values to the accurate rates
- Very fast paced and high-volume SLAs – number of tickets resolved per day (2 working days to resolve)
- Constantly have new requests in their in-house case management resolution
- Candidate must have previous experience working with large figures and data sets
- 100% accuracy and ability to resolve an influx of cases daily to meet SLAs
Must Have
- Previous analysis experience – large sets of data
- 6 months - Wealth management experience (internship OR work experience is fine) (if not direct experience CSC or IFIC)
- Very fast paced and high-volume SLAs
Work Environment
4 days onsite – Fridays work from home
Office location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: 6-month contract to start with opportunity of extension OR conversion to permanent
Pay: $22/hr
