PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE


At M&M Food Market, our mission is to help customers put delicious, quality meals on the table every day - meals that taste great, are convenient and help make life just a little bit simpler, from the shopping experience to the moment it's served up to enjoy.


It's important to us, especially at this time, to be able to help our customers shop and create real meals and food experiences in their homes, with their families.

If you want to help us do this, please consider joining our M&M Food Market team.

As a Meal Advisor in our stores, you will help team members and customers by:

  • Making sure a welcoming environment is presented to customers at all times
  • Receiving deliveries and organizing inventory
  • Stocking shelves
  • Completing cleaning duties
  • Helping to make meal ideas and suggestions to customers

THE PERSON:

  • Will take our consumer promise of 'helping' to heart, and build a friendly, professional rapport with their team members and customers
  • Is an enthusiastic and social individual who enjoys being part of a team
  • Is hardworking, reliable and has dependable transportation to work
  • Is motivated and willing to learn about M&M Food Market products and customers
  • Takes a genuine interest in creating a delightful, oneofakind instore experience

THE SKILLS:

- An ability to meet the physical requirements of the job: lifting boxes up to 40 pounds and standing/bending for extended periods of time

- A willingness and ability to work in a cold freezer environment for long periods of time

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including appropriate customer service telephone etiquette
