Service Desk Administrator - Surrey, Canada - Discovery Community College
Description
We (Discovery Community College) currently have an opening in our Surrey campus for a dynamic individual to join our team in an administrative role.
This will be a fulltime position on the below schedule:- Monday to Friday
- 1:30pm to 10:00pm
- Multi-line switchboard operation (directing incoming calls and outbound calling)
- Filing and file archiving/organizing
- General data entry
Desired skills/attributes:
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- General computer literacy (experience with Microsoft Teams an asset)
- Attention to detail
These positions will allow the successful applicants to demonstrate the ability to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, use good judgment, and manage an administrative workload.
