- Aider le Gérant à former le personnel
- Animer, développer et motiver les opérationnels
- Assurer un fonctionnement sûr et efficace des zones de vente et de service
- Superviser le développement et la mise en œuvre des initiatives d'amélioration continue
- Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie et des processus et équipements à la fine pointe de la technologie

**_ASSISTANT MANAGER_**

Full time

**Salary**: 16$-17$/h

**The Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to**:

- Help Manager setting goals with the management team and actioning plans to achieve financial and operational objectives
- Help Manager Training the staff
- Leading, developing and motivating operational staff
- Ensuring safe, efficient operation of the sales and service areas
- Overseeing development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Staying current with industry trends and state-of-the-art processes and equipment

**Qualifications**:

- High school Diploma
- Work experience managing a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
