Working in a collaborative teambased environment, the Analyst will support the Asset Management team to drive value within the residential portfolio. _

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research and identify benchmarking data for operational excellence
Complete a detailed trend analysis of historical CHMC data to help inform decisionmaking on future developments
Perform onsite GTA parking audit; travel required
Assist with research and data entry in Excel/Power BI on historical data for trending analysis: Heighten focus on:
Operational performance analysis comparative to external operators
Market rent growth by geography, supply growth, building age, building size, rental quartile.
Map and explore new supply trends categorized by geography, building size, average rent and type
Conduct parking audits onsite (GTA)
Research to compliment Asset Strategy preparation for 202
Ad hoc requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently enrolled as a Computer Science/Math/B Comm student with an interest in environmental impacts and planning to return to school fall 202
Eager for exposure to asset management
Workable knowledge with Power BI is an asset
Excellent MS Excel skills
Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment
Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions
Detail oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
