Mission Join our Infrastructure Group as our next Project Manager / Team Lead in the sewer and watermain Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation practice.
You will provide a technical expertise to meet our clients' needs to address aging infrastructure challenges.You will have the opportunity to take part in our hybrid work model that includes flexible work hours, working from home andin our Toronto-Mississauga, Bowmanville, Burlington, or Kitchener office.
Lead and manage projects and project teams through all phases of project planning, design, construction and commissioning of condition assessment and rehabilitation projectsLead business development and client management for the condition assessment and rehabilitation services, while managing project resources, schedule, budget, quality management and project risk assessment to meet client expectations individually and independently
Analyze condition assessment results from acoustic, ultrasonic, electromagnetic, cathodic protection and CCTV inspections to make recommendations to clients on managing buried infrastructure
Provide pipe rehabilitation solutions including pressure grouting, chemical grouting, continuous pipe lining, short pipe lining, Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining, fold and form lining, compression fit lining, spiral-wound PVC lining, GRP segmental lining, pipe bursting and shotcrete lining and produce technical condition assessment and rehabilitation engineering reports
Lead and mentor colleagues on technical and general project management skills
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institute
Minimum 10 years of experience with conditional assessment and rehabilitation projects
Experience leading project teams to deliver successful condition assessment and rehabilitation projects.
Certified in National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO)
