Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.
Oversee the quality control team and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze data collected during quality inspections to identify trends and areas of concern.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
Train employees on quality control processes and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.

Experience:

Proven experience in a Quality Control Manager role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of fabricating processes and quality control principles.
Experience with QA/QC methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
