Position Details:

What You Will Do

Coaching, developing and motivating Support Associates to ensure that they are meeting expectations against key performance indicators and achieving their career objectives
Deliver on profitable growth through a commitment to providing exceptional customer experience to members
Provide immediate and ongoing feedback and mentoring to employees regarding their performance and development
Participate in Insurance business planning as well recruitment and workforce planning
Assist with projects and initiatives to help meet the organizations strategic goals
Manage, analyze and optimize revenue, retention, underwriting goals and customer experience quality levels results
Support an environment that encourages high performance, high engagement and career growth
Lead staff meetings to review department and corporate results
Implement new policies and procedures, and conducting regular ensure compliance with all company underwriting guidelines
Work with business partners to help achieve organizational objectives

Who You Are

Must have OTL (Other Than life) license
Postsecondary education in Insurance of businessrelated field preferred
2 4 years Insurance experience
Effective business decision making attributes
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, project management and planning skills are essential
Superb leadership abilities to maximize team performance and organizational success
