Known for our cakes and cupcakes, we take pride in creating all products in house using the highest quality ingredients.
Baked fresh everydayOur hours of operation are Wednesday-Saturday 11am-5pm, therefore, the work week is 4 days - Wednesday-Saturday. Sunday-Tuesday off.
Must be able to work early mornings not relying on public transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Executing recipes including preparation and creation of all baked goods with precision and consistency
- Participate in the creation of new feature flavours each week
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and food preparation regulations
- Communication regarding inventory levels, ingredients and products
- Organization of space, equipment and ingredients
- Constantly assessing deadlines with strong time management skills
Qualifications:
- Experience in a commercial kitchen as a pastry chef or pastry cook
- Knowledge of baking techniques to produce a variety of pastries, fillings and buttercreams
- An organized and detailed individual with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, management and customers
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for hours at a time
From $20 - $22 per hour
