Description

RoleETL Tester with Python Knowledge

Location-Toronto, ON

Full Time

Exp SQL and some Unix
-
3+ Years of hands-on experience required into ETL Testing tools:

-
RDBMS systems like Oracle/Teradata/Sql Server/DB2 (Any One):

-
Writing complex queries using Joins and Sql Server special functions:

-
Mapping Stored Procedures experience:


  • Analyzing the Technical and Functional Business Requirements.
-
Design and implement Database objects such as stored procedure, Functions and Complex Queries
:


  • Test Scenario, Test Case creation, Test Design, Defect management, Status report creation, Performance report creation, Test Results documentation
  • ALM tool experience and RTM creation and defect life cycle
  • Understanding the flow of data between the systems and its Data model
  • Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create the Test Plan, create and execute test cases.
  • Performing System Integration Testing (SIT/QA) at all the transformation layers which includes Source Data Check, Data Mapping between different systems
  • Impact Analysis
  • Analysis/Design Experience
  • High risk handling with other stake holders on production call support
  • Confluence documentation experience

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • ETL QA: 5 years (preferred)
  • Python: 1 year (preferred)
