LITES offers new and exciting pre-vocational, and entrepreneurial opportunities to participants of all ages, with varying abilities in the Lunenburg County area.

We are currently recruiting
Summer LITES Instructor to join our team.

Core Job Functions:

Researching, reporting, and recommending new and updated recreational, social, and motivational activities and programs for Adult Day Service clients
Implementing and evaluating activities and programs for Adult Day service clients
Monitoring and assessing participants physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and progress and adapting programs to meet their needs
Providing support to program volunteers
Assisting Adult Day Service Personal Care working with direct client care
Contributing to Individual Program Plans to Adult Day Service Clients

Minimum Qualifications:

High school or postsecondary student interested in Social Services
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Valid driver's license and willing to transport participants

You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
You have team development and leadership skills
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have applied computer skills and social media experience
You are able to work independently

Job Types:

Salary:
From $15.00 per hour
