We are excited to announce the relaunch of our Aircraft Manufacturing and Assembly Training Program (The Academy) at our production facility in Sidney, British Columbia.
The Academy has been meticulously designed to offer a comprehensive curriculum that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience required to excel in various sub-assembly and assembly work centers.
Graduates of the eight-week academy will have the necessary knowledge and skills to begin their progression as a Sheetmetal Mechanic / Assembler job classification.
Position ProfileWe are currently looking for aspiring Manufacturing Sheet Metal Mechanics, Assembler & Production Workers to join the fall session of our Aircraft Manufacturing and Assembly Training Program starting on October 16th, 2023.

- Paid 8-week comprehensive training program. Monday through Friday.
- Fulltime job offer following the successful completion of the Aircraft Manufacturing and Assembly Training Program
- Manufacturing, warehousing, or construction experience is considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Any technical or trades qualifications/certificates, or training would be considered an asset.
- Able to work safely and efficiently in a safetysensitive manufacturing environment.
- Must have and maintain the ability to legally work in Canada.
