We have an excellent opportunity for a Loader Operator to join our Chip Seal crew We are looking for an experienced and reliable individual who is committed to working safely and to delivering high quality results for our customers.

As an Operator, you will:
- Operate equipment completing various assigned tasks as directed. This may include various equipment operations and laboring
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and maintaining required fluid levels on equipment
- Complete maintenance records and daily equipment log
- Operate twoway radios and other communication equipment
- Perform all fluid level checks, fueling, greasing, undercarriage cleaning, etc. as required
- Productively operate in a collaborative manner with all crew members
- Comply and enforce the company's environmental, health and safety policies
- Act in accordance with Provincial Occupational Health and Safety regulations and practices
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License, along with a recent 5year commercial drivers abstract
- At least 1 year of paving/chipping experience is considered an asset
- Must own reliable transportation
- Able to work out of town for extended amounts of time. Transportation, hotels and daily per diems provided for outoftown work
- Willing to assist with operations on the jobsite when not operating equipment
- Physically fit and compliant with company Drug/Alcohol policy
Working Conditions:
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb.
- Travel to offsite locations may be required.
- Out of town work
- Overtime as required.
- Hazards associated with the trade.
- Able to work in uncertain weather conditions.
