    Purpose of the position

    The Les Jardins Vaudreuil residence is happy to welcome independent and semi-autonomous residents, and offers them, if necessary, access to several services. Located in an area of Vaudreuil renowned for its numerous green spaces such as Valois Park and close to all services, the Les Jardins Vaudreuil residence offers all the advantages of suburban life.We are currently looking for an empathetic Beneficiary Attendant who cares about the well-being of residents The resident attendant sees to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care. Permanent full-time position for 32 hours per week, evenings and every other weekend. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
  • Proactively assist and support the residents
  • Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
  • In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
  • Respond to all emergency situations
