    Develop consistency within the Food and Beverage offerings, follow and improve standards based on guest needsAdhere to operational needs and meet financial objectivesDaily inspections on cleanliness and organization of the buildingOn the spot guest service resolutionCreate proper service standards and proceduresDaily reports on promos and guest feedbackMake employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocate.

    What skills and experience do you need for this job?:1 year of experience in a leadership role2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industryExperience building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organizationConfident to lead a team of 3-5 team members solelyThrives in a fast paced and high energy work environmentComprehends budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reportPerforms other duties, as assigned, to meet business needsPerforms hourly job function if necessaryCapable of inspiring teams to drive quality and performance within the organizationProven track record in maintaining a high level of organization on and off the floorEffective communicator and able to implement and uphold high service standardsDriven to fostering a team building environment and creating positive guest experiencesAn eye for detail and qualityShowing leadership in a positive, calm, consistent and focused mannerWhat will your work environment be like?:Beautiful.
