- Provide metallurgical expertise for all aspects of projects and studies, including EPCM projects.
- Serve as a discipline lead for studies and supervise the work of junior and intermediate engineers.
- Lead metallurgical tests and guide clients in developing their projects.
- Perform due diligence audits and manage preliminary economic, prefeasibility and feasibility studies within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Promote BBA expertise in the iron ore processing industry.
- Liaise with clients on technical matters and professionally present reports, publications and briefings.
- Design and simulate mineralogical processes.
- Examine and approve mass balances, process design criteria, PFDs, P&IDs, layouts and technical specifications.
- Lead and participate in market analyses for local and worldwide iron ore projects.
- Prepare, review and approve professional qualifications, expressions of interest as well as proposals and service offerings.
- Take on various interdisciplinary technical challenges to ensure factory acceptance tests and the implementation of optimization solutions for processes are performed on time, safely and cost effectively.
- Review, analyze or develop PFDs, P&IDs, technical specifications and evaluations, material land energy balances and process design and operating parameters.

- At least 15 years of experience in mineral processing operations
