As HR Manager of our Edmonton branch, lead the effort to match quality candidates with a job they'll enjoy while continuing to support all employees throughout their Uline career.

This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Lead HR programs, services and strategies for 150+ employees.
Motivate, lead and develop team of HR professionals to exceed hiring goals.

Collaborate with the branch manager, hiring managers and HR team members on high-growth recruitment strategies, organizational structure and staffing levels.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
~ 7+ years HR / recruitment manager experience including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
~ Familiar using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Workday a plus.
~ Experience managing HR for a warehouse / distribution and shift environment.
