Description

Your duties include growing our Corian Solid Surface, Corian Quartz, Corian Endura, Lapitec, Kohler & Sterling, FENIX, and ARPA business through existing and new customers.

Building and maintaining customer relationships with our fabricators, kitchen, and bath customers, Independent Residential Designers (IRD), and box stores.


General Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and maintain current relationships with top tier fabricators, K&B dealers, independent residential designers and home builders to promote company's products.
  • Identify and pursue new potential customers.
  • Ensure samples/literature of our products are up to date at customer showrooms.
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions on a consistent basis.
  • Present Lunch & Learns or CEU's.
  • Attend industry events to represent the organization and improve its image.
  • Develop indepth knowledge and expertise with regard to all products. Attend vendor product trainings, workshops.
  • Minimum of 1215 in person account visits per week.
  • Maintain Willis Salesforce. Actively track and regularly update market activity.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience with solid surface/stone (or similar material) distributors, fabricators, K&B's or builders.
  • Prior experience of discovering, defining, growing and capturing existing and new market opportunities.


  • A team player

  • The ability to collaborate, share information and resources, and work cross functionally to achieve common goals.
  • Computer proficiency required with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Experience in Sales Force a bonus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, organization and customer support.
  • Ability to manage customer relations in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Dedication to achieving company goals and effectiveness in solving problems.
  • Enjoy working independently, selfmotivated, goal achiever.
  • Living locally within the assigned territory.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
