What you'll be doing:


  • Providing tier 1 support for employees
  • Maintaining and improving network security
  • Ensuring business continuity in a service impacting event
  • Assisting in projects and maintenance outages
  • Being available in the event of unplanned service outages outside working hours
  • Respond to incoming IT support requests
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of all equipment, including Windows laptops and desktops, Mac laptops, Windows server, printers, etc.
  • Assist endusers in resolving hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Ensure secure and stable operation of network and equipment with effective monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing as needed, and completing preventive maintenance requirements
  • Coordinating warranty repairs; maintaining equipment inventories
  • Respond to data recovery requests
  • Monitor systems resources to optimize performance & security
  • Provide general support to visitors including guest connectivity
  • Organizing security awareness training
  • Manage, monitor and control IT assets
  • Maintaining documentation for infrastructure and procedures
  • Monitor security access and maintain the relevant data
