Sales and Training Manager (Full-Time)

Burnaby

Compensation:
$60-$90k+ (base salary $60k with quarterly bonuses based on business growth and profitability)


About the role:


This role will split time in-office and out in the field working with and directly coaching our team members and trainers.

Lead the growth, training and development of a team of 15-30 front-line sales and customer service laborers

Lead the content and delivery of our training program

Build and lead a team of full-time in-field trainers

Continuous development of training content to develop best-in-class salespeople delivering exceptional customer experience

Continuous development of incentive programs to ensure profitable growth for the business and financial motivation for our salespeople

Work with General Manager and other company resources to continue to develop your own skills as a coach

Contribute to setting goals and creating the annual Business Plan with the General Manager

Learning and occasionally running daily operations to ensure seamless collaboration with operations team

Qualifications:

-
Experience with sales coaching, sales management, and/or small business leadership
-
Experience in a franchise is a plus but not a requirement
-
Interest in growth and development - your own and those around you
-
The desire to grow your skill set to lead a small business

Proficiency in the Google suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) or similar software
-
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
-
Driver's license and clean driving record
- **Ability to travel within Canada and to the US
