What you'll be doing:

Lead Generation Management

Identify strong potential leads using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Mailchimp, and others, you will generate lead lists and develop customized strategies to target leads based on role, industry, and persona to grow our sales pipeline
Conduct cold-calling, social media reach-outs, and other activities as needed - whatever it takes to connect with your leads
Maintain well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce as well as the ability to qualify and score leads
Assist in developing sales scripts, sales decks, business proposals, feature sheets, value proposition messaging, presentations, tips on handling sales objections and other documentation to help convey the business value of our service offerings
Outreach with organizations, trade shows associations, local groups, etc. where you are actively involved in relevant events to build relationships, keep current with trends, and uncover opportunities that lead to sales prospects

Marketing

Work with marketing to develop tailored landing pages and website content as needed
Liaise with our marketing partner and sales team to ensure that our marketing strategy is being executed in an effective and timely manner
Collect data from target demographics and analyze market trends to improve marketing efforts
Conduct a variety of administrative functions related to supporting sales and marketing programs including sourcing new contact details from various data sources and managing contacts in Salesforce to ensure campaign lead lists are updated and discrepancies reconciled
Prioritize social media engagement and following of relevant accounts
Oversee e-newsletter database organization
Coordinate access to SMEs as required


Requirements:

An undergraduate degree or diploma required and/or related work experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, project coordination and/or marketing
Ability to manage multiple tasks and sales opportunities at different stages
Knowledge of social media platforms, website tech and online marketing tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, MailChimp) to increase engagement is a must
Professional Services experience would be an asset.
