Supervisor - Cleaning / Emergency Services


We are a full-service restoration contractor (in business since 1978) specializing in complete clean-up and reconstruction (both commercial and residential) of property damaged from wind, water and/or fire.

We are currently seeking a Supervisor for our Cleaning / Emergency division in our Regina branch.


You will work closely with the insurance adjuster and customer, schedule crews, perform quality checks, and oversee jobs through production to completion.


Qualifications:

  • IICRC Certifications in fire and smoke, water, mold, asbestos would be an asset
  • Experience supervising staff and creating a team atmosphere
  • Experience using Xactimate/Symbility is a plus
  • Strong communication & relationship skills (customer and employees)
  • Wellorganized with high attention to detail (time management skills)
  • Able to run multiple projects and skilled at handling a fast paced environment
  • Experienced with computers

Must have/supply:

  • Valid driver's licence with clean record
  • Security check
