This role owns strategy + execution for organic growth on YouTube and Instagram. The Organic Growth & Content Manager will grow the brand and drive demand using YouTube and Instagram.Responsibilities
- Organic Growth Strategy Decide what content gets made and why Build a weekly and monthly content plan tied to brand growth and offers Choose formats hooks angles themes Kill content that doesn't perform Scale what does Think in audience capture not posting consistently Protect Brand voice tone authority Ensure everything reinforces premium positioning Spot weak messaging fix it Build long-term equity not trend-chasing production Own the full pipeline idea brief edit publish Manage editors designers freelancers if needed Enforce quality standards brand rules Ensure deadlines hit weekly Reduce friction bottlenecks performance Track performance weekly Read data patterns vanity metrics Improve hooks retention saves shares conversions Tie back to demand leads sales influence Grows on YouTube Instagram Watch time retention Saves shares inbound DMs Brand clarity consistent output without quality drop Sales influenced by organic content
