Description
Duties include:
- Greeting customers as they walk in or call in over the phone and identifying what services they require.
- Requesting and downloading insurance claims
- Scheduling assessment and repair appointments
- Booking courtesy vehicles
- Maintaining and updating customers
- Communicating with Insurance providers
- Collecting payments
- Recording expected towing requests
- Building the best overall customer experience
Experience/Skills:
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Organized
- Experience in the Automotive Industry
- Problem solving and resolution
