Description

Duties include:

  • Greeting customers as they walk in or call in over the phone and identifying what services they require.
  • Requesting and downloading insurance claims
  • Scheduling assessment and repair appointments
  • Booking courtesy vehicles
  • Maintaining and updating customers
  • Communicating with Insurance providers
  • Collecting payments
  • Recording expected towing requests
  • Building the best overall customer experience

Experience/Skills:

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Problem solving and resolution
Ability to use Mitchell Connect, Ultrmate and Repair Center would be considered an asset
