Duties And Responsibilities

Work with Supervisors to ensure proper workflow of the assembly lines, and packaging.
Address and bring to the supervisor's attention any issues relating to the performance and efficiency of the assembly lines, and the packaging.
With the help of the product inventory analyst, ensure the availability of products on the lines.
Coordinate campaigns change.
Assume the Supervisor role, when necessary.
Responsible for key performance indicator of the site.
Work in collaboration with clients, highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Additional Information

Ability to lift 3550 lbs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
2 years of shipping experience.
Knowledge of the various tasks and functions of the shipping department is a strong asset.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be autonomous, flexible, have an analytical mind and be able to work as a team.
Must have good communication skills, show leadership, be able to make decisions and be able to work under pressure.
Facilitates meetings with team members.
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
