Reporting to the Vice-President of Talent Planning, Attraction and Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading the Recruiting of hourly positions for the whole organization (30+ sites in the US and Canada).

As such, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruiting strategy for our manufacturing and distributions sites to ensure workforce availability for production sites is maximized.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the recruiting function for production positions (general labour as well as specialized roles) across the organization. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy for hourly positions across the organization

- 's 30+ production sites.

Build the practice, systems, and structures based on best practices to ensure that the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Partner with site directors and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.
Manage the recruiting team and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruiting function.
Ensure compliance with all applicable collective agreements, laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring.

Qualifications
Bachelor
- 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in recruiting for hourly positions in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
An expert in recruiting best practices and trends.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Meticulous and detail oriented.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and to build partnerships.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Bilingual (English-French)
