seeking an associate to join its National Restructuring & Insolvency Group in
its Toronto office.

McMillan LLP's Restructuring & Insolvency Group is internationally
recognized as one of Canada's leading business insolvency groups, providing
innovative and practical advice to a broad client base including corporations,
boards of directors, court-officers, banks, financial institutions, hedge funds,
private equity funds creditors' committees, bondholders and shareholders.
The group has expertise in public and private company insolvencies across
Canada, and extensive experience with international and cross-border
proceedings.

You will work on all matters relating to restructuring and insolvency
including CCAA reorganizations, plan sponsorship mandates, distressed M&A
transactions, out-of-court workouts, lending transactions and DIP financing,
monitor engagements, receiverships and bankruptcies.

Applicants must have between 2 to 4 years of corporate insolvency
experience and strong professional and academic credentials.
