Required Skills:


Responsibilities:


  • Compile, analyze, and distribute contractual, financial and performance data on existing clients to various stakeholders
  • Prepare deal summaries for restructuring negotiations and in cases of litigation
  • Maintain renewal database
  • Facilitate sales team negotiation of renewal agreements including identifying and acting upon contractual requirements for renewal
  • Support Sales team in negotiations with new and existing clients by providing performance analysis, exclusivity info and other supporting materials as required
  • Coordinate with Technical Services to satisfy refurbishment requirements for renewing theatres
  • Work with Finance and Theatre Design & Projects to ensure timely issuance of upfront invoices
  • Maintain and distribute monthly Upfront Report
  • Work with the Accounts Receivable team to track exhibitors on payment plans, distribute monthly payment plan report, and aid sales team in following up with clients for payment
  • Maintain database for legacy and new signed agreements
  • Prepare competitive analysis of major PLFs and track IMAX performance relative to industry
  • Maintain and update quarterly One-Pager report for major clients across the network
  • Prepare analysis and support Sales and Senior Management teams in advance of client meetings and industry conferences
  • Provide assistance and conduct analysis for Strategic Initiatives team as required
  • Track pending and unsigned deals and maintain database of CRFs and deals under negotiation
  • Update worldwide mapping and exclusivity information for all available regions and assist with circuit analyses while maintaining secure access and delivery of the maps/information
  • Prepare and review JRSA performance and ensure that any anomalies are identified, and appropriate parties are notified to initiate any potential remediation in connection with the appropriate affiliate teams
  • Prepare presentations for senior executives, Annual Sales Meetings & board meetings
  • Ad hoc analyses as required

Requirements/Qualifications:


  • A recognized university or college degree in business/economics and/or finance
  • Minimum 35 years of contract review management and business analysis experience
  • A broad knowledge of IMAX deal structures and contracts would be an asset
  • Efficient and highly organized; excellent timemanagement and adaptability skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • A commitment to professionalism and integrity, collegiality
  • A high level of planning and organizational skills
  • Advance Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset
  • Personal responsibility for the quality and content of your work as it will be used by external stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy, committed to excellence, continuously looks for improvements, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems
