    SENIOR SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER

    THE ROLE:

    As a Senior Silicon Design Engineer, you will work with experts in CAD and Methodology to accelerate the use of ML/AI solutions in the Physical Design flow.

    THE PERSON:

    You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Investigate the use of Machine Learning/AI applications in Physical Design and CAD flow
  • Develop ML solutions and integrate them within AMD design flow
  • Evaluate ML/AI EDA tools and features and run regressions to validate solutions

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with design concepts and PD implementation
  • Experience and familiarity with ML/AI concepts, including predictive and generative AI techniques
  • Experience using LLM libraries and general concepts (RAG, prompting)
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization using Python
  • Strong programming and scripting skills with Python
  • Strong analytical skills and mathematical modeling

    ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering
