Job Summary


A Brief Overview

This position provides administrative support to faculty, including populating course selection websites, grade preparation, and student accommodations and exam scheduling.

The position arranges meetings and assists in event planning. This position also prepares claims for travel reimbursements, purchases and expenses.

What you will do

  • Provides administrative support to faculty, including event planning activities such as booking meeting spaces, expense reporting, and purchasing supplies.
  • Populates the course selection websites on behalf of faculty with website setup, updates of course websites and grade preparation.
  • Schedules student accommodations for quizzes and midterms and schedules proctors to supervise these activities.
  • Organizes meetings, arranges for technical equipment set up, and orders food and beverages.
  • Takes minutes.
  • Supports faculty in working with office equipment including copiers, scanners, and classroom equipment.

Required Education

  • One-Year Post Secondary Certificate or Diploma.

Required Experience

  • More than 1 year and up to and including 2 years of experience.
Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience
