Service Appointment Coordinator - Pitt Meadows, Canada - West Coast Mazda

West Coast Mazda is looking for a service oriented individual to join their team. Must be comfortable with speaking on the phone, positive, enthusiastic and organized.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently help customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service
• Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules, effectively communicate to Service Advisors and/or Technicians.
• Generate service appointments using the Reynolds Appointment System
• Communicate customer feedback and concerns to all appropriate parties and supervisors and ensure all notes are documented in customer file.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Appointment Coordinator is preferred but not required
• Previous experience with telephone skills including phone etiquette, call management and interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
• Ability to communicate in English fluently (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Monday-Tuesday with the possibility of going Tuesday-Saturday.

Pay is will be based on experience and qualifications.


Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
