An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Action Athletic Wear team in the apparel and hardgoods sector.

Action Athletic Wear is entering its 50th year of business and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team
.As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

You must be able to multi-task and work in a busy, professional environment. Strong computer skills are essential, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically - Microsoft Excel).

In addition to administrative skills, you will need to possess strong customer service skill and understand the importance of tonality, professional communication and have good personal time management.

The working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

You will be required to work from the main office premises located in Vancouver BC in compliance with the company's business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotes
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Support the sales team in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
