Glamxy Med Spa and Aesthetics is a growing, nurse-owned medical aesthetics clinic seeking a skilled and professional Medical Aesthetician to join our team on an independent contractor, commission-based basis.

This is not an employee position. This is a contract opportunity for a motivated aesthetician looking to grow within a professional medical environment.

Position Type

• Independent Contractor (Contract-Based

• No guaranteed hours

• Commission-based compensation

Compensation: This role is commission-based. The contractor will receive a percentage per service performed.

• Commission range: 35%–40% per service, based on experience and performance

• All treatment products, disposables, equipment, treatment room, and marketing are provided by Glamxy Med Spa and Aesthetics

• Client bookings and administrative support are provided

• Contractor is responsible for maintaining their own professional liability insurance and tax remittances

Responsibilities

• Perform customized medical-grade facials

• Chemical peels

• Dermaplaning

• Conduct thorough skin consultations

• Develop personalized treatment plans

• Educate clients on skincare and home care

• Recommend appropriate retail products (AlumierMD experience preferred)

• Maintain accurate documentation and sanitation standards

• Deliver exceptional client care and professionalism

Requirements

• Certified Medical Aesthetician

• Minimum 1 year experience preferred

• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare

• Professional liability insurance (required)

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• Self-motivated and reliable
