Housing Unit Preparation / Maintenance
- carry out tasks as per submitted work orders, including: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, lock repair/ replacement, and other work, as requested
- preparing / cleaning vacant units as per moving schedule
- cleaning/ moving of large appliances, as required
- removing items from units, as needed


Garbage Removal
- operating compactor and ensure proper disposal of garbage
- changing of compactor bins
- transporting bins to and from disposal area
- removing garbage from interior garbage areas
- arranging for pick-up of large items


Cleaning
- all co-op common areas
- laundry room facility
- co-op office
- meter and boiler rooms
- cleaning and deodorizing of compactor and garbage bins


Grounds Keeping
- keeping grounds free of weeds, garbage and debris
- shoveling/ snow removal when necessary


Qualifications
- able to operate compact tractor
- physically capable of performing the above noted tasks
- no history of substance abuse
- courteous, punctual, reliable, honest, hardworking and trustworthy
- eagerness to work with members of diverse backgrounds
- ability to speak English

• Driver license is a asset
