Assistant Hotel Manager - Grand Bend, Canada - Obsidian Group Inc
Description
Strong leadership skills.- Effectively manage and motivate the team members.
- Lead all hotel operations (Housekeeping, Front Desk, Repairs and Maintenance).
- Train, schedule, coach, and support associates.
- Budgeting Optimizing costs.
- Offer directional knowledge to guests and, visitors.
- Comply and exceed hotel company Service Standards.
- Work as a brand ambassador for the hotel and the company.
- Seek and respond to Guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of guest experiences and ratings.
- Hotel experience is not required we will train.
Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
