    The Sr. Account Manager & Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is to be a self motivated and results driven individual who is adept at problem solving, decision making, establishing strong working relationships, and excellent administrative and communication skills; is curious, motivated to make things better, purposely present a personality relaxed and calm in demeanor.

    • Always maintain a high standard of ethics, professionalism, confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to portray the Firm in a positive manner
    • Effective verbal and written skills to communicate clearly with clients and team members
    • Identifies clients life and financial goals, provides comprehensive reviews, and builds long-term relationships.
    • Engages with prospects to proactively build a sales pipeline and develop marketing plans to promote value-added advice-based financial services.
    • Planning and leading teams, including but not limited to audit teams, meetings, client engagements and fieldwork assignments, including budget and resource needs
    • Extensive knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions and the regulatory environment.
    • Conducts regular reviews of client investment plans and identifies additional asset-gathering opportunities.
    • Attends client meetings, answers inquiries and manages relationships to ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded.
    • Experienced in investments, retirement planning, cash flow management, tax planning and estate planning.
    • Participates in events to create brand awareness and develop, maintain, and cultivate community contacts to enhance agency visibility and maximize new business opportunities.

    What the successful Candidate will have:

    • CPA & CFP Designation
    • 5+ years post designation experience
