Description

We are a provider of worry free logistics solutions from North America to all around the world, and provide value to our customers by having stringent quality control regarding all of our processes.

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper who will handle full-cycle accounting for the company. This position will work Monday to Friday for 8 hours per day.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Perform fullcycle accounting tasks using Quickbooks and the company's ERP system
  • Gross margin/P&L analyses for different business divisions
  • Perform other weekly/monthly analyses and ad hoc accounting/FP&A tasks as required by management
  • Maintain existing spreadsheets and make further improvements proactively
  • Coordinate, communicate and confirm bookings internally and externally as required
  • Assist operations team in the documentation process on a timely basis
  • Assist with rating and quoting for client proposals
  • Provide support on other strategic operational projects as needed

Education, Skills, and Experience Required:


  • 2+ years experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel such as VLOOKUP, QUERY and IF statements
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting concepts and methodology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Prior experience with Quickbooks and other ERP systems is an asset but not required
  • Prior industry knowledge in trading and logistics is an asset
  • Strong problemsolving skills and organization skills

$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
