Key Responsibilities
Visiting security guards at client sites to supervise attendance, proper attire and uniform are being worn

Provide onsite coaching and assistance to security guards including help with use of Tracktick App as needed
Responding, assessing and documenting any infractions by security guards
Fielding calls from security guards with respect to scheduling requests and issues
Calling security guards to find coverage for missed/vacant shifts
Acting in a security guard capacity for vacant/missed shifts until relief can be found
Determine when to contact head office management for assistance and when to call store managers about issues with scheduling

Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma with excellent communication skills
2 years experience in security industry
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Possess a valid G level driver's license with a clear driving record
Must have valid First Aid/CPR and AED
Must have superior communication skills and possess excellent judgement, common sense and decisionmaking ability
Proactive and highly resourceful
Possess a professional image; willing to wear a uniform as needed and required
Ability to work independently
Capable of managing assigned tasks in an assertive and efficient manner
Polite, approachable, and reliable
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
