Dream Unlimited is always looking for the best and brightest to join its thriving community.

Dream is currently looking for an intern in Multifamily Asset Management & Operations (4 months) to join the team for Summer 2023.

What experience will I gain?
The tasks you'll be assigned will vary depending on the team you join.

Some examples of your work include:

Assist in preparing financial analysis and pro forma modeling for a variety of purposes including development proposals and major capital and leasing investments decisions;
Provide portfolio and property level performance analysis; Develop and maintain asset level cash flow models knowledge of Argus Enterprise software considered an asset;
Conduct monthly market surveys and/or mystery shops, analyze and store data, and provide report on campaigns.
Participate in leasing meetings, track lease activity, and conduct market research;
Analyze vacancy, traffic and leasing on a weekly/monthly basis and suggest recommendations appropriate for reaching sales goals, branding and customer experience.
Prepare internal property valuations and liaise with third party appraisers;
Take an active role in the development of annual budgets and business plans;
Review and summarize legal documents;
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management.

What type of experience do you have?

In addition to your collaborative mindset and positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
