Full-Time Service Administration and General Sales Manager Job Posting


With over 30 years of operating, BC Tires is looking for a Service Administrator and General Sales Manager to join the growing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Building and maintaining relationships with the customers
  • Provide administrative support to the team and manager along with assisting the manger with any requests he may have
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the service calendar along with the manager
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Greet and assist customers at the front desk
  • Ensure customers needs are being met
  • Process paperwork, including invoices, work orders and general clerical duties
  • Managing a team of sales representatives to ensure sale goal is being met
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in auto sales, preferably administrative role
  • Knowledge in automotive parts
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma
  • Preferred Diploma in Automotive Repair
  • Background in Automotive Sales or any Automotive related experience.

Salary:
$70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (9AM - 5PM)
